John, and his team, worked very hard to get my loan done. From the start, John was very communicative. He kept in constant contact with both myself and my agent, making sure I was aware of the entire process as it was moving. We had a blind sided very short closing and backed into a corner. This team did a very good job flying thru the process and legal govt requirements to get us to meet close date, and they did it. Now, you as a borrower need to do your part, but if you do they will hit a bullseye. They did fir me, across 2 holiday.
