Nothing actually bad happened, but this was by far the least favorable experience we’ve had with a loan initiator. Customer service and communication were poor from the start. We were told to pre-apply through their web site and immediately were hit with high volume spam calls. To the tune of 50-60 calls in 6 hours. 2-3 days later we received an email warning us that “ might happen” and including a link to sign up for a do not call list.
