Steve and his assistant were extremely professional and courteous! They showed me the PVC joint that was leaking and needing replacement. They did a great job returning the soil and sods of grass to its original condition. All done with a soggy mess to work with. Steve and his assistant represent John Nugent in a professional and courteous manner. Great job!!!!!!

My problem was fixed.
I just had my 50 gallon gas water heater replaced by John Nugent and Sons. They provided prompt service and competitive pricing. Soon thereafter my AC had an issue and the company I had been using to service my unit informed me that it had a refrigerant leak and was not economical to repair. I spoke to Chad at John Nugent and Sons for a second opinion. He came out and did a more complete inspection and determined there was no leak. Nugent and Sons will be my go to company hence forth.
The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and did a good job, however, the cost of the visit I felt was somewhat exorbitant.
My apartment AC has broken down more times than I can count, and every time someone comes out to "fix it," there's a new issue. It has been almost a year, and they come every few months because the AC and airflow are not working for some unknown reason. A worker comes out and either tells me he doesn't know what's wrong and that someone else has to look at it, or that they need a new part that doesn't come until almost two weeks later. Make sure you get a second opinion if the technician tells you need a new furnace. Thankfully it saved me $12k when I got that 2nd opinion that said the Freon levels were not low and that system was not leaking. I think all HVAC vendors do this hoping for an unsuspecting customer taking them up on it - but it is deceptive and I didn’t think Nugent would follow that path, I was wrong.
