We had service completed for the upcoming Summer heat (a/c), and Nick Bennett was our technician. Nick greeted us with such friendliness and kindness. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in his review of the system. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips on how to best handle our thermostat and how to keep the unit clean. Very professional and prompt.
We had a sudden issue with our sewer injector pump which caused a backup and spill over into our finished basement. We called Nugent and Sons early Thursday morning and they responded quickly, professionally and courteously. Within a couple of hours all was back to normal! We are very happy and impressed with the service we received!!
