Lloyd Staples greeted me when I came in the store, and his professionalism is unsurpassed. He worked out a pick up for me at another store, and followed through with the manager of that location to give me a fantastic deal on some very high quality furniture. John V. The design consultant, Ken, was extremely helpful in drawing a plan that worked for my living room space. So very, very talented. Made the process fun! . My sales associate , Jamie ,also was very good at bringing options for furniture choices and shared a history of each manufacturer --- she is very experienced and I appreciate that. Would highly recommend John V Schultz and the team of Ken and Jamie.

DeWitt Moffatt is a great associate . He greeted me and my daughter with professionalism and also very nice . The first day I came up there I fell in love with the dining room furniture I found and he gave me an estimate and went throughly with everything and answered my questions I had.

Came to the store at opening looked around knew what I was looking for. Looking to purchase a swivel accent chair. Tried several of them out and I mean several. Finally found one that is a swivel rocke at a very good price. I waited and waited and the entire time of being in the store not ONE person greeted me or asked if they could help me. Finally a representative came and asked if I needed help and then the rest of the time was very pleasant
