I was really impressed by your three associates. Justin, Oliver, and Ken gave me their undivided attention. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgable. . I was traveling and visiting your showroom three times from Jefferson, Ohio. They all had patience with me in purchasing my flex steel lounge chair. Ken was able to help me decide on the fabric. I knew what I wanted-had picked it out last week.when salesperson connected with me, she was able to complete The transaction very quickly. She made me aware of an extra savings with the military discount and this clinched the deal. We made arrangements for pickup as soon as chair comes to store from Pittsburgh.

Our sales rep, Oliver P. did a wonderful job showing us exactly what our daughter was interested in within her price range, with several options. We went into John V Schultz to look for patio furniture and was met by Jamie, who was very helpful in meeting our needs. We ended up buying a sofa, swivel chair, end table and fire pit table. It's going to be a great summer on our patio!
