I'm dealing into the store, my husband and I walked through both John V and Ashley without anyone saying hello and asking if we needed anything. We were there for a solid 20 minutes until Candy approached us. After that we had a great experience. She was kind apologetic and helpful. I explained my situation with associate Julie, & she was very understanding about everything. She really helped me find the best chair to fit my needs. I told her what happened at another furniture store, & she was very determined to get me exactly what I needed. I was VERY happy with her knowledge about the furniture she sells. 5 star saleswoman! Candy went out of her way to help me buy an end table for my disabled sister in law. She went over and above. Oliver was wonderful too! Can’t believe the time he spent with us helping us look for a couch. He was so knowledgeable and really knows the products. Such a great help. He was so kind and thoughtful regarding my disabled sister in law and really cared.
