Oliver was FANTASTIC! He went over and beyond and really knew what he was talking about including how the couch is made. We also got a lift recliner for our sister who has a disability. He was so kind to her and understanding. I was never a John V Schultz fan until we met Oliver. We will be buying more furniture from him only. Can’t believe how much he knew about the furniture! He really does his homework and really aims to please.
