Kail was our salesperson who was awesome! Kail attended to our needs, answered our questions without hesitation (knows his product) he quickly researched our options and came up with solutions. Kail quickly walked us through the payment process and our order was placed, easy in and out. Kail upsold us on the Platinum Protection Plan was presented and explained to us which we feel the “ If you don’t use it you don’t lose it” premise is a great idea. My daughter and I visited JVS to look at furniture and accents. Once we entered the store, we greeted by DeWit Moffatt, a very affable gentleman. DeWit did not "hover" over us but checked in with us occasionally, which we appreciated. I cannot express, strongly enough, how helpful, pleasant and patient DeWit was with us. I had not planned on making a purchase that day, but when we left, we had ordered furniture for me and a beautiful hutch for my daughter.
