Everyone is kind, helpful and professional. I own two Nissans - Rouge and Altima. One needed brakes and one needed routine servicing. The staff helped me by giving me a courtesy ride, to and from my house, where I could get both cars in today.

Johnson City Nissan diagnosed and fixed an issue with my daughter's car quickly and at a reasonable price. I live 4.5 hours away and they were extremely kind, understood my situation and did not try to take advantage of the situation. April was especially helpful, providing pictures and a thorough explanation of the problem. I would take my car back to them in the future.
