I had an issue with fading paint on my car and it was just outside the paint warranty. The Nissan Consumer Affairs person that was assigned to me was not competent, to say the least. After weeks of trying to deal with her, I called the dealership. Amanda in service/warranty stepped up and immediately got it taken care of. Shout out to Amanda in Johnson City! Thank you! They did a great job getting my oil changed too, as always.
