Van was my salesman and it was my first car that I bought online. He walked me through it and it was a breeze. He was on top of it and kept me informed throughout the smooth process. Easiest car I ever bought, no hassle, I will use them again for sure and I live in Knoxville and will make the drive.
Trev takes great care to have everything checked during any service visit. They found a tire issue with all 4 new tires that the tire shop insisted was mechanical issues. The tire shop finally took ownership of it, replaced the tires and the issues resolved. Trev always makes sure they shuttle us to and from the mall or somewhere to hang out while we wait.
We were looking for a good well kept used car at a fair price. Zack helped us find the perfect vehicle that fit our needs. The sale went smoothly and we coul be more happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Johnson City Toyota.

I started to get impatient waiting on a hybrid, so I went to talk to Josh at other Camry options. They just happened to have a brand new Camry come in on the lot that day. It wasn't hybrid, but it was very nice. Josh was very attentive to my many questions during the process. He was very helpful showing all the new features on this model. He's even promised to get me an accessory that I asked about after the sale was completed. Above and beyond! I couldn't be more pleased.
I purchased my car a couple of weeks ago with the sales rep Josh, he was great!! He was very attentive to my husband and I and answered all of our questions. Despite it being very busy, Josh made sure we were taken care of. I am so happy to be in my new 4Runner!
