Courtney was a breath of fresh air in the service department. She answered all of my questions to the concerns I had about my vehicle. She was very knowledgeable. I will definitely schedule all of my appointments with Johnson City Toyota from now on.
Ziggy went above and beyond throughout the process of finding a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. Ziggy remained consistent in updating us throughout the process on expectations for vehicle allocation and delivery. The detailing of our vehicle was slow, however, Ziggy communicated with the department frequently to keep us looped in. Overall, a great experience.
