Grant was our salesman and was excellent help to send us a personalized video of the car we wanted. He also worked hard to get us a deal we could work with on our trade and the new vehicle. We are in Knoxville so some of the deal was accomplished with him on the phone. We did spend 3 hours in the showroom waiting on our trade in to be checked and waiting to turn our check over to the finance people. My salesperson Marcus was great! I had to order my vehicle, which took 3 months, and Marcus kept in contact giving me updates. The financing people were fine but very pushy when it came to getting a warranty.

Looking for car or truck, Jermaine was excellent in helping us find the right vehicle, Erin made purchasing it a pleasure. We went to Boone Toyota, they acted like they were doing us a favor, didn't like their service. Went to Johnson City, they treated us so well, will definitely use them in the future.
This is definitely not the dealer out for all of your money. These guys will do whatever is right, even after the sell. I drove out of state and I highly recommend these guys for your next purchase!! If they treated me this good, I know they will treat everyone right 💯
