I was contacted that my driveway was not plowed wide enough for the driver to make the delivery. I knew I needed to finish plowing it but I was unable at the time. I called back to let them know I had cleaned the driveway and was informed that I was scheduled for that Friday and the delivery was made. Drivers are always friendly and professional.
