Will was very knowledgeable and professional. He had my tanks installed and tested for leaks in under two hours.
Service tech handled the issue professionally
Service tech did extensive troubleshooting and was genuinely concerned. He worked endlessly to find the source of our propane issue, leaving his cell to have us call him later to confirm that the issue was resolved. We were fit in between other service calls but he never made us feel like we weren’t a priority. Can’t thank our service tech enough!
I’ve been with Johnston’s for a long time… the only thing that concerns me is the price per gallon.

I never need to worry about running out of fuel. Your drivers are always here in a routine timely manner.
Great customer service in our local office but very difficult to get through by phone. I had to place 3 calls to report that my tank was under 15%.
The delivery man was so awesome. He had to climb throw snow that was almost over his head. I even called his office to tell them how much I appreciated him.
