There is a mix on this. I called with an issue that was quickly resolved. My account was frozen but I was not made aware of it being frozen. Generally, service in the last year has been much more responsive than in prior years.

All is good except they have to fix my home when they back in to the house causing damage last year?
It was a shock and relief to have the early delivery of propane: shock because of cost for one month during extremely cold many weeks ; yet relief for the delivery because I figured I must be using a lot of propane to keep comfortable in my home. And relief too because the heap funds were finally released by this lunatic president! Heap is a Godsend! I was also pleasantly surprised to find the $5 gift coupon for keeping our tank shoveled out.
