Service tech did extensive troubleshooting and was genuinely concerned. He worked endlessly to find the source of our propane issue, leaving his cell to have us call him later to confirm that the issue was resolved. We were fit in between other service calls but he never made us feel like we weren’t a priority. Can’t thank our service tech enough!
