I am on delivery schedule of yours and thus far, your deliveries have been timely and executed efficiently I appreciate the invoice information with each delivery so I can plan ahead for my limited income budgeting. The HEAP allocation is gone from my account and it is good I saw that!

There is a mix on this. I called with an issue that was quickly resolved. My account was frozen but I was not made aware of it being frozen. Generally, service in the last year has been much more responsive than in prior years.
