I closed on my refinance last month. I was very timid on the process due to my bad experience with my last home purchase with another bank. Jordan's system was very organized and he had videos showing each step of the loan process. Answering the phone after work hours helped me not stress out with the process. I'm a stickler on concierge service and they surely provided that. We closed in 2 weeks and they were straightforward on rates and fees.
