Jordan was very diligent about finding us a refinancing partner. Because we have a large house on 20 acres of property (hobby horse farm), many mortgage lenders wouldn't even consider offering a refinance despite us having near perfect credit. Jordan and his team diligently worked the problem until we got an advantageous refinance.

We were in CA when we were looking to buy a house in Tampa, FL...Jordan made it easy for us to process things and we were very close to getting the deal however the seller backed out at the end moment and the deal didnt go thru...however Jordan is someone who I would definitely be working with if need be as I know that he is trustworthy and has my best interest..
