You have lenders that WANT to help people buy their first home and then you have some lenders who will do everything possible to not make their dream come true. I was looking to refinance my house because the interest rate was really high. I found Jordan online and contacted him about lowering my interest rate. Not only did I get a great deal it only took him about 3 weeks to process everything! I was really surprised on how fast Jordan and his team were able to finish my loan.

I first bought a home in 2015 from Jordan and the excellent team at PRMG. They were extremely effficient and were always available for any questions or concerns I had along the way. I also refinanaced in late 2016 and Jordan and his team were once again always there to offer guidance with any questions that I had. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service and professionalism through both loans.
I worked with 4 different lenders trying to get a mortgage. I could not get people to return my calls or help us. It was easier for them to shove us aside.
