Jordan and his staff worked tirelessly to assure that I would get a mortgage that worked best for me as I was relocating from CT to FL. The only snags along the way were on my behalf by not having all of my paperwork ready but Cara aka "the closer" was very supportive and extremely patient and helped me tremendously. You have lenders that WANT to help people buy their first home and then you have some lenders who will do everything possible to not make their dream come true.
