Jay has helped us sell one home and buy two homes over the past couple of years. Our last purchase was quite challenging given the market but Jay persisted. We were toggling between a couple different strategies to meet our family’s needs, and Jay helped us explore both options in parallel. He put in a lot of time to ensure we could see a variety of homes, was very flexible in working with our busy schedules, and was patient, conscientious and friendly at all times.
