Jose and his whole team did a fabulous job helping us sell my brother's house in Simi Valley. Highly, highly recommend this group to sell your home. We had our home listed for 6 months with another agent and had little traction and only 2 lower offers. Our agent kept telling us to drop the price but we knew the home was priced correctly for the market.
