As always I received excellent care. Dr. Hegarty took time to review new MRI and discuss my options. He answered my questions as if I was his only patient. The staff is well educated and very accommodating. Best care anywhere.
Dr. Hegarty is the best doctor, hands down. He has always been so kind and helpful. 10/10 highly recommend. He does a great job helping me alleviate my pain so I can live my best life! He truly cares about his patients.
I’ve seen several of the doctors with Optim throughout the years. No one comes close to Dr Hegarty! He is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and takes the time to listen. He’s got such a great bedside manner…so calming, personable and relaxed.
Dr. Hegerty is awesome. He takes time to listen and address any and all concerns you have. If any new problems have arisen since your last appointment. He is very fast to determine the best way to address and solve the problem. Love his staff also. Absolutely great experience every appointment.
Been a patient for over 5 years Not one single negative experience Dr Hegarty has adjusted the injection rate so there is little to not pain for a shot in my back So, he listens Regular follow up visits are pleasurable as well And, yes the staff gets FIVE STARS also Highly recommended
