Dr.Hegarty is without a doubt the best pain management physician in the Savannah Georgia & surrounding area. He's kind, caring, passionate & he listens to you when you're in pain and when you're not. I've been a patient of Dr. Hegarty for over 13 years. I've tried 1 other pain management physician in the Savannah Georgia area, but he didn't seem to be concern at all care about the pain that you were experiencing. He took more time with me than the previous doctor. Was very caring, compassionate and genuinely interested in my health. I’m confident I’m finally on the road to recovery. His diagnosis and treatment plan makes perfect sense. Can’t wait till next week. You won’t find a better doctor and I would highly recommend him.

He is careful not to hurt you, but he does a thorough exam. Explains everything completely. Also your options. I rate him top notch. All this and friendly. On point with his diagnosis. Highly recommend him.
