At the end of July 2017, I closed a Journey Home and my buyers and I had a fantastic experience dealing with their sales manager Bob G**** who met us at the sales office and showed us several of their floor plans. Bob was very friendly, personable and was always available day or night to answer any questions or concerns. Overall the team at Journey Homes was wonderful to work with and I look forward to working with them again.
As a disabled veteran, I was having problems with the stairs at my last house and needed to find a ranch style home to meet my needs. I was given the number of the sales manger from a friend (who is also a builder), Bob, and was told he would take care of me. So I reached out to him and explained my situation. With that being said, I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated by Bob and the entire Journey team.
