Journey homes quality is subpar to competitors. Will only warranty their build for 1 year, if that tells you about their workmanship. Pay extra and go with a real home builder. They use recycled 2x4 that are peoced together to make length needed. Customer service is lacking. Fail to work around customer needs. Unwilling to help if not convenient for them. Keep giving me the run around on warranty claim status and updates.
