Great experience all around! The office is in a convenient location and has a clean, modern setup with a really welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly and made everything feel easy and relaxed! Alexis did my cleaning (: -- she was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable the entire time and never rushed. Highly recommend this office if you're looking for quality care in a professional, welcoming environment!

I usually have a lot of apprehension about going to the dentist since it seems that most dentist want to give you a "quick cleaning," and then a huge up-sale for all of the things your teeth supposedly need. JS dental is different. They really take care of you and do a thorough cleaning. If there are additional issues, they present them as options, versus putting pressure on you. They have an awesome staff, and I can't wait for my next visit. (Which means I better stop flossing). Thank you JS Dental!
Wonderful staff....very friendly and always calls back with any questions or concerns I have. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Very clean office. And Dr. Sieng is the best dentist I have been to.....!! Very happy with all the work I have had done there....:)
I just had two teeth extracted and it was quick, painless and economical. The dentist Dr. Sieng and staff are very friendy. The office and equipment are new and modern. The massage charis and TVs on the ceiling are a nice touch. We have found our new family dentitst.

I was in the market for a new dentist, when I came across JS Family Dental in McKinney. I visited the office last week for a cleaning and whitening, and was thoroughly impressed with the technology, office, staff, and the Dentist. I received great treatment and a very honest treatment plan. I will definitely be returning every few months!
Came here to explore prices to see if I should consider a veneer. Before you even go in they try to sell you a fkn package... I expected to pay minimum for a 5 minute aesthetic consult. Ended up there for 60 minutes and with a total of $400! They make you take X-rays before you even say hi to force you pay
To respond to the owner, all major insurance companies pay for white fillings, this isn't the dark ages. Get your money from the insurance, not the insured. That is why we all have insurance.

Hi Ashley. Sorry your experience fell short of your expectations. Our insurance estimates are estimates only and determined by % insurance says it will cover & plugged into the software which does the math. The main difference in insurance policies is predicting the "downgrade fee" which means most insurance companies will not pay for a white filling or all porcelain crown.
