I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was thorough and explained everything clearly. I appreciated the clean environment and modern equipment. Overall, a solid choice for dental care!
I usually have a lot of apprehension about going to the dentist since it seems that most dentist want to give you a "quick cleaning," and then a huge up-sale for all of the things your teeth supposedly need. JS dental is different. They really take care of you and do a thorough cleaning. If there are additional issues, they present them as options, versus putting pressure on you. They have an awesome staff, and I can't wait for my next visit. (Which means I better stop flossing). Thank you JS Dental!
Wonderful staff....very friendly and always calls back with any questions or concerns I have. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Very clean office. And Dr. Sieng is the best dentist I have been to.....!! Very happy with all the work I have had done there....:)
To respond to the owner, all major insurance companies pay for white fillings, this isn't the dark ages. Get your money from the insurance, not the insured. That is why we all have insurance.

Our insurance estimates are estimates only and determined by % insurance says it will cover & plugged into the software which does the math. The main difference in insurance policies is predicting the "downgrade fee" which means most insurance companies will not pay for a white filling or all porcelain crown. Avoid like the plague! Used to be good with just Jamie. Techs are awful and don't listen. Better find a better place than this newly corporate location.

Hello Robert! We have added another dentist, so yes there has been some growing pains. However you can still just request Dr. Jamie as your main dentist. And this is still privately owned office and not a corporation. Hope that helps!
Well-run practice with friendly staff, but their charges are very high even with a good insurance plan. IDK why they are charging close to $400 for basic x-rays and a cleaning that leaves you in and out in under 30 minutes. Even if your insurance covers multiple hundreds of that, you still get a bill for the remainder left, down to the penny. The dentist only spends 1-2 minutes with you max if you don't have any issues. I went here for about 2 years because they were really close to my house but finally left to find a better place. Two things I had a huge issue with: The first thing was when they took x-rays two visits in a row. I track all my medical appointments and document what happens during every visit. I had switched jobs since the previous visit, so I had new insurance. When I was there, they took xrays. Dr. Sieng and staff are great. I've been bringing the family here for the last 4 years and always have a great experience. I actually live up in Celina but don't mind the drive at all once every six months. Highly recommend this practice.
There are two dentist that work out of this location. It is very confusing and the office staff doesn't explain that very well. Very disappointed I wasn't able to see the dentist that had the good reviews.
