Great they had Saturday appointments and office staff very nice. However, as I refused to have X-rays they would not see me. I worked in dental insurance for years, this is nothing but a money grab. Lack of respect for patient preferences -my body, my decision-not yours.

This is the standard of care and we abide by quality professional standards. Honestly so glad I got in to see Dr. Sieng. I went to her for a second opinion as the dentist I previously found stated I had a broken tooth and needed a crown immediately. Shocked as I see a dentist regularly and since I'm preggos, the dentist couldn't do x-rays. After seeing Dr. Sieng she reassured me that I didn't have a broken tooth, just a filling that came off. Require payment at the time of service before billing insurance, which wouldn't be a problem if they billed the correct amount. However, on average (from more than 1 year of service across a 5 member family) they charge 240% of what we owe after insurance has paid. Worse, they hold onto the money owed and only offer it as a credit when another payment is due. My wife went in for a cleaning and at no time did they offer up info pertaining to the money they owed us.
We moved to McKinney and was looking for a doctor in 2015. Thanks to Yelp, we were able to find JS Family Dental. The staff is very friendly and with my crazy schedule, very accommodating. Dr. Sieng is very knowledgeable and extremely sweet. She is very patient and takes time to explain things and is very gentle on the teeth. I love the fact that they have hygienists there to do the cleaning. In most places, the doctors don't see the necessity of having one on staff to do the work. Look no for further! This place is amazing! Today was my first visit at JS Family Dental! My family and friends can tell you about my phobia about the dentist. When I tell you from start to finish I felt welcomed and comfortable. The office is decorated very nice and chic! I was welcomed by Carmen who was very nice. I cannot think of enough compliments for this office. I am a HUGE baby when it comes to having any work done on my mouth, so I put off routine checkups and run from any required work. I had worked up the nerve to go to a different dentist in Prosper a few years ago who told me that I needed extensive deep cleaning and that I had 9+ fillings. I'm new to the area and had a filling fall out. I checked YELP for a Dentist with good reviews in my area and found Dr. Sieng. I am always cautious of reviews that have all 5's. They were able to get me in quickly and at a time that fit my schedule. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Sieng was informative and very gentle. I was afraid that I might need a root canal and a cap, but I didn't. I highly recommend Dr. Sieng and this office.
What an incredible staff!! They made us feel so comfortable and were so friendly and informative. So excited to have found a great new dentist!
Just had a deep cleaning at Dr Sieng's. Kerry was exceptionally easy on my gums. I did not get a stab once!!! She was very careful and the whole experience was comfortable.
