Dr. Sieng and staff are great. I've been bringing the family here for the last 4 years and always have a great experience. I actually live up in Celina but don't mind the drive at all once every six months. Highly recommend this practice.
There are two dentist that work out of this location. It is very confusing and the office staff doesn't explain that very well. Very disappointed I wasn't able to see the dentist that had the good reviews.

Sorry we've had an increase of growth and added another dentist. We have been striving to give everyone still the best experience with the larger staff and sorry we fell short of that. Everyone is welcome to tell us who their preferred provider is and we strive to accommodate preferences!
The staff is friendly and courteous and Avery is a great hygienist. She "prepares" you for the procedures that she will be performing on you. Great office and Dr. Sieng is fabulous! Highly recommend this practice.
Absolutely love this dentist office. I'm a new patient and just moved here from California. I have been with my previous dentist for years so I was very hesitant to find a new one. The staff at JS Family is incredible. I'm 8 months pregnant and went in for a cleaning. Prior to my appointment, they made sure my OB and I were comfortable with getting digital x-rays. Always courteous, always on time, clean and safe environment. Dr Sieng is down to earth and is up front, does the work very well.

I found this place online, called and I got in for a cleaning and check up the next morning. Everyone that works there is warm and welcoming and my teeth came out great! I'm moving by the end of the month and need a few fillings and a crown done. They worked around my schedule and set it all up so it would be done before then! I'll be back there next week and I can say for the first time I'm not nervous to go to the dentist
called them about a emergency I had, they got me right in and it was great. The very best care ever, no need to look any farther they are simply the very best
We are looking for a good dentist for years in McKinney. I am very glad that I go to see Dr. Sieng. She is very professional and give me good suggestions. Brandy is very helpful and good to clean my tooth, I barely bleed after that. The lady in the front desk (Jackie) is also very helpful and patience to looking into my insurance info. In general, I am very lucky that I found them!
