Where to begin: Juliette closed an impossible deal and, at the outset, created multiple solutions for my client who was in an otherwise dire situation.
The closing team was very responsive, friendly, and professional. The closing process was easy on the user and very straightforward. No delays or issues arose!
The most important factor was the sale of the home was able to occur on time. For a 5 star experience I expect my lending partners to hit all contract milestones on-time with communication along the way and keeping the agents in the loop without them having to call to see what the challenge is. A few areas to improve would be - Call the listing agent to introduce yourself and discuss the strength of the buyer and what you have done in the pre approval process.
