Five stars for a *periodontal* visit?? Yes. Definitely. Five stars. I am a "clean-freak-weirdo" when it comes to my mouth, and mouth pain puts me over the edge, so I was pretty nervous even walking into the office. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and reassuring. Dr. Heinzelmann was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease with everything that was going on in my mouth. Professional. Dr. Heinzelmann and his staff do everything within their capability to provide quick, friendly, and professional service. They ensure the patient is aware of the patient's situation and the actions necessary to treat it. If there are options, the options are explained with language that is easily understood.
Great First Visit Very helpful, addressed issues that have never been addressed with previous dentists or periodontist. Very thankful I found Dr. Hi and his staff. Look forward to our future relationship.

Pleasantly surprised I will be the first to admit I'm not a fan of any dental appointments, but begrudgingly go to maintain a healthy smile/mouth. When an issue arose that required a tooth to be possibly removed I was referred to Dr. Heinzelmann and was not looking forward to it. I arrived nervous and anxious but Dr. H and his staff put me at ease from the first phone call to set up the appt to the actual procedure itself.
