Great Quality Service The staff is professional,courteous and makes you feel comfortable. Dr H explained in detail the procedure I needed and I appreciated his sense of humor. Learned a new technique that helps if you have issues while ex-rays are being taken. Makes you feel a little silly......but it works!!
Great experience Was just referred by my dentist, Dr. Fester. Easy to make an appointment and complete paperwork. Attentive and courteous staff. Clean and pleasant office space. They take lots of x-rays! Dr. H explained things very clearly and was friendly. They did a throughout job of verifying my insurance coverage. I felt relaxed there and look forward to my next appointment.
Great service every time I have been going here over 20 years. I travel a ways for my visit. Everyone is professional and truthful. I love this Doctor and his staff.. I would recommend to all.

Exceptional Staff, with Exceptional Service Our first visit to the office of Karl A. Heinzelmann, DDS was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. And Dr Heinzelmann was friendly and patient in helping my daughter understand the procedure, and making sure she was comfortable prior to commencing. His staff had us checked-out, with prescriptions called in, just as the procedure was completed. Well done!
