Dental Implants Made Easy I had a dental implant and was very apprehensive about the pain and the cost. The cost is what it is. Nobody likes paying for dental work. I opted for the software assisted plan, meaning they use computer software to generate the plan for your implant. It costs more but the preciseness was worth it to me.
