Dr Heinzelmann and Mairian were personable, professional and clearly have a great working relationship. They made an uncomfortable procedure as good of an experience as possible. Natelie, the front desk person/ office manager, is the best administrative person that I have ever encountered. She was very knowledgeable about insurance and helpful with my questions. Five stars all around.

All the staff are extremely polite and customer friendly. Their communication is precise and clear. They show enthusiasm and energy. Dr Karl is very wise, patient and skilled. He explains all the details of what is the issue, what is his diagnosis, what are the alternatives, which one he is recommending and why? He also educates on the latest developments in the field. I feel very safe with him and glad that I started with him few months ago.

I seen Dr. Heinzelmann and his dental team for two teeth extractions because of root canal infection. I had my root canal for over 30 years and Dr. Heinzelmann explains that the root canal for many years was the cause and needed the extractions. The dental surgery went well and Dr. Heinzelmann and the dental team, Morena and Gabbie, assisting Dr. Heinzelmann were truly cordial and professional.
