Exceptional Consistent Professional Service I have been a Patient of Dr. Karl Heinzelman for over 25 years. I travel from Downtown Atlanta to his Alpharetta office at least twice per year and he absolutely worth the drive and traffic headaches associated with this trip. Dr. Heinzelman has always provided outstanding service. His staff is always friendly professional and very efficient. Hopefully we can continue on for many more years to come.
Love this office Dr. Heinzelmann is your periodontist if you're still trying to figure it all out. I'm very fussy and picky but so thankful to my friend that recommended him and his office to me a few years ago. Everyone there is awesome. Today I needed another tooth extraction and bone graft. Although it was more involved than planned he took his time explained everything why it was a little longer always asking if I'm ok. They are all awesome there. A caring and quite thorough evaluation/examination! I was so impressed with the level of detail that was rendered for this evaluation. I was there for over 2 hours, which included a physical oral examination, x rays, historical discussion, pictures, a CT scan, explanation & evaluation, and initial recommendation.
