Dr. McDonald was very helpful and she greatly improved my condition. She is very personable and the staff is very friendly and professional.
The Office Staff is very courteous. Dr. McDonald is an excellent physician. She listens and cares about her patients. She is always available and answers any questions you may have. I highly recommend Dr. McDonald and staff.
My visit was a rewarding experience. I was greeted with great customer service, and with a health and safety check. My wait time was approximately 20 minutes and the staff made you feel welcomed. Very efficient. Polite staff. Dr. McDonald is very nice. Good bedside manner. Good at making an uncomfortable procedure tolerable. The online registration saves you from having to sit in the waiting room and fill out a lot of information. Very positive experience.
