I sincerely recommend Dr. Kathleen McDonald for I am a former patient and took my 85 yr. old mother for her chief complaint being a very uncomfortable sore throat. Dr. McDonald is thorough and gives her absolute attention to her patients. If she suspects that there may be a problem, Dr. McDonald will send her patients for tests to confirm if there is a serious problem that will need immediate attention and/or to be treated.
She is awesome.
All I can say is I will NEVER go back. Not sure how she gets good reviews. I did not have a good feeling about her the first time and I should have listened to my instincts. No compassion whatsoever. My son had tubes placed, "allegedly" in both ears but a week after the surgery, during the post-op appointment, she could not find one of them. It vanished just like magic and she did not give me any plausible explanation other than it must have fallen in the recovery room. Seriously???
