Dr McDonald is very professional, I been going to her office for about eight years, I never been disappointed.
De. McDonald took the time to listen to my health problem and concerns. She made sure I understood my treatment.
I were able to see the Doctor in a 5 minute window of my appointment time. The entire staff was courteous and friendly.
Contacted several doctors for an ear consultation, and Dr. McDonald was the only available to soonest. Dr. McDonald was very professional. She listened to my issues, and understood the problem immediately. She was very efficient in removing the ear wax in under 10 minutes. Dr. McDonald and staff insisted on a follow-up visit, but I doubt it is necessary now that the ear problem has been addressed.
Dr McDonald is thorough, listens to my complaints and requests, and does not rush through the visit. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an ENT.
Dr. MacDonald was very thorough in getting my history. She was very keen on exploring my pain level.
