The communication between VIP and buyer was exceptional. VIP was quick and professional . Was always available to answer questions and to help through the process.
I was on a short timeline to get funds back into an IRA loan and avoid significant IRS tax implications. Kathy and her team jumped through hoops to accelerate the process and get me the home mortgage load in far less then the normal 30 days to meet my timeline - very much appreciated her quick turn and great advise.
We lived 12 hours away in a different state. This was a sudden move without time to travel back and forth. Kathy and her team made it a very pleasant experience. Always available to answer questions. Extremely helpful with all the multi state coordination.
