Kathy and her team understood our situation and the parameters for our purchase. Kathy presented several options and she was patient in explaining the details of each option. Her team continously work on collecting documentation for the approval from the underwriters. Two days prior to closing we did not have approval and I feared the worst. The team continued to work on this and got the approval.

Kathy didn’t an excellent job with the original loan. However, when the job situation is changed, she went over and above, to make the new situation work. She spent long hours, perfecting the loan, and was in constant communication with us to ensure we were able to give her the correct documents in a timely manner. Overall, outstanding experience. She is truly one of a kind!
