I think the flood insurance problem was frustrating for both of us. Right down to signing the flood insurance had been included in our payment plan when it had already been paid through the n previous owner through February. I'm glad we could sort it all out just was frustrating. Overall Kathy has been a great wealth of info for me personally through the years. Thank you

Kathy, Whitney and Eli were totally amazing. I’ve used them before and so glad we went back to them. This was far from an easy job and they stuck through all the issues and constantly let us know what was next. I felt like I was dealing with family, we are all endered to them for their doggedness to never give up. The amount of time they spent helping us through the process was incredible. If you’re looking to buy a home, you would be crazy not to contact Kathy and her fantastic team. We honestly love you as family.
