No Hassle No Worries Loan Request! I inquired online through Lending Tree about getting a home equity loan. I had previously made an inquiry the day prior to reaching out to Lending Tree. I am so glad that I did look into another lender. It was a new and good process I was walked through the whole process by the loan officer and she responded to all my questions, calls, and text messages. When I was unsure about things she explained as best she could the process, the reasoning behind the process, and kept me abreast of the progress of the loan application
