Great Service The buying experience at Keffer was great! Both Sales Managers , John and Cheryl, were very cordial and low pressure. It was all about positive customer experience for them, which made my decision to buy much easier. The Salesman, Rick Holland, was awesome and very knowledgeable. I will be back for my next Volkswagen. I drove three hours to this dealership based off an internet add. There were no games, and no 'gotcha's'. The deal was exactly as advertised.
