Highly recommend I worked with Joe and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Even after taking the new car home, if i couldn't figure out a button or sensor he would tell me to swing by and we'd take a look. I was in contact with two other dealerships in the Charlotte area and was so disgusted I was ready to give up on a new car altogether. I'd buy here again in a heartbeat.

Super deal on a CPO Passat Looked online for a few weeks and found Keffer to be among the lowest for the Passat I was looking for. Although the website is a little busy and the phone numbers confusing, once at the dealer the service was brilliant. Jo helped out and took care of my questions and we struck a deal on a certified pre-owned SEL Premium - could not be happier with the deal, the lowest CPO on cars.com and a tope spec model too. Excellent service I found the car I wanted online. Upon arrival at the dealership, the friendly and professional staff began helping me immediately. After a test drive we began the purchase process. Very Happy Experience My experience was very good. I was provided with all information that I had asked for. Ben Parker, Sales Consultant, was very informative on the test drive. Steven Miller (General Manager) was willing to work with me and went out of his way to help. Sean Bartol (Finance Manager) was not pushy and really good at finances.
