Awesome Experience I was recently in the market for a small SUV. I visited the local dealers and finally ran across Ben Parker at Keffer VW. From the time he said hello to the time I was leaving in my 2011 Honda CRV he was amazing! Very up front and honest. Great service My dad bought me a car for graduation and I love it! A white Jetta. I stopped by the dealership to get a run-down of the car and Rick made everything so easy to understand. He explained everything and was very nice the whole time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Best Experience purchasing a car! My husband and I recently purchased a car for our son at Keffer. We could not have had a better experience. Darryl Radford took his time with us and made it a special day. We purchased a VW Jetta and could not be happier! It actually took us longer to drive there and back then it did to actually get all the paperwork done on the vehicle! That is unheard of! Next car purchase will be made at Keffer. Came for lease service, bought a new car I came in for my 30k mile lease checkup and knew I was going to need a new car due to milage. Traded my 2012 Jetta SEL for a 2015 Jetta GLI SEL. The experience was pleasant and Cal was a great sales guy. The facilities waiting room is not as good as my old dealership (Capital EuroCar) due to no free Sodas and Water and an awkward setup.
