Complete professionalism and flexibility I went in to Keffer a couple of days ago to buy a 2013 Jetta Sedan they had on their website. When I got there, the car had just been sold. Keffer's salesman and sales manager worked with me to find me another used Jetta that would be attractive to me and my wife. What they had was more than we wanted to spend, but Keffer worked with me on the trade-in value of my old car and eventually offered me a deal I could not turn down. awesome experience Our salesperson, "Timbo" was amazing! Very Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He made it feel like he was actually looking out for us. Buying a car is never easy and can be very stressful. I did not ever feel any pressure and felt comfortable from the beginning of the sale to the end of the sale. If you want a positive experience, I highly recommend Keffer Volkswagen and Timbo.

Best experience ever!! My husband and I were in desperate need of a car and had done so much looking. Stopped by to look - Went home with a new ride! Down in Huntersville visting family and we were looking to purchase a 2nd vehicle/first car for teenager in the coming months so decided to 'drive-by' a few car dealerships to see if anything perked our interest. Best car purchase experience I've ever had! It was just a great overall experience. No hassle, no haggle, easy process. Purchased by car and found a couple of things that need to be fixed the next day. Dropped in off a few days later and everything is running great. Life changer! I went in there (VW Keffer Huntersville) to look for a vehicle for my girlfriend, and left with a vehicle for myself! My mind was blown...My girlfriend had seen a car she liked online so we went to go see it.
