The Best Customer Service out there Keffer Volkswagon really makes car buying simple. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought that their prices were very fair. Great place to buy car Rick Holland was great. I was in the car business for 15 years and when I left, I knew what kind of car I wanted. I shopped all the VW stores within a 50 mile radius and bought a Jetta from Rick. I just came back and bought my second car in three months from him. Great place to buy car. I got a new Passat this time. Love both cars and dealership. I also drive by two VW stores to get there. Straight up place.

Simple, quick, pleasent No nonsense buying process. Jeremy understood we were there for one car I. Particular and did not waste out time, just went over the car with us and go us out the door quickly. Weather it's the culture of VW or the work of this dealership, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
