We've been going to this location since they opened, but service and food have been going downhill. We ordered to go today, and waited for 45mins for the food and the chocolate chip pancake has no chocolate chip.

Very slow service, noticeably warm inside (and I run cold), mediocre food that isn't cheap, and the most uncomfortable booth seating imaginable. Won't be going back, too many better nearby options available.

I am only giving this restaurant 2 stars because the service was decent. But honestly that's about it. The food consisted of soggy waffles, burnt bacon, and cold hashbrowns/potatoes. It truly was such a disappointment and a disservice to breakfast food. The restaurant itself was a little older looking more like a mom and pop shop. Nothing wrong with that, what killed the ambiance for me was the amount of dirty tables because the busser would take 10 minutes cleaning one single table.

Service was bad, table was very sticky and food was just okay. Not a place I would return to.

I ordered an online order at 11:46am and was told it would be ready at 12:08. Knowing that it was a Sunday and it might be busy, I arrived at 12:20 ish. I proceed to the counter to inquire about my order and was told "it'll be up here when it's ready" so I say "okay" and proceed to wait. This is the first place of this reputation that we had to send breakfast food back. I had the french toast and my wife had the Eggs Benedict. The Eggs Benedict was good with plenty of thinly sliced red-skinned potatoes for the home fries. Nothing really to complain about. But the French Toast tasted of old grease. For a breakfast restaurant,the ambiance and service was amazing but the coffee is just simply terrible(i would of rather drink a starbuck coffee before heading there). our easy over eggs, the yolk was completely well done. The pancake was large but under cooked. i have had a better breakfast at cracker barrel for a lot less.
Walking into the restaurant and there was no one at the hostess stand. We waited a couple minutes for a younger boy to come seat us. We sat and our waiter was nice and asked if we wanted something to drink. I asked if their iced coffee had any milk alternatives such as oat, soy, or almond milk she apologized and said they didn't have any alternatives. I got an iced tea instead. Average food at best. If you want maple syrup it costs $2 extra. Coffee is average. $18.57 is high for nothing special cup of coffee, sausage and a waffle.
