waited 25 minutes for water to come to the table. then the food came out an hour after that and it was all wrong and completely cold. there was broken glass on the floor and when we complained to the manager, he didn't even bother apologizing. I've literally never had a worse experience at a restaurant in my life. whoever was the manager on floor during the afternoon shift on 1/1/26 should be held accountable.

This restaurant is disgustingly dirty!! My tea cup had lipstick on the inside and out. The manager Oscar stopped by the table to see how our experience was going. I shared with him about the lipstick and he laughed n said it was mine. Which I replied I was not wearing lipstick. He never offered to change out my cup, instead he walked away. The service has finally hit rockbottom. Last week I made my weekly trip for breakfast, and after sitting at my table for fifteen minutes without a server approaching us, we left. Then again yesterday, we made our weekly viist to find there were eleven table with people seated, and according to one of the employees, there were only two servers working. Sausage omelette came out with no sausage. They remade it but second one had wrong cheese. Pumpkin spice French toast was under done. Paid $14 to take two halves of wrong omelets to go! Bill was more than $50. Good coffee, but won't return.

Good food, Bad service. We were told 5 minute wait and ended up waiting 20. It was 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. Then once we got our drinks it was another 35 minutes.

I have been disappointed in KeKe's since they were sold to Denny's a few years ago. I have continued to eat there about once a month but at this point it has declined to where I doubt if I will return. I'm not sure what has happened to the food; poached eggs on the eggs Benedict have either been undercooked with the whites still runny or overcooked with the yolk hard. 20 min waiting for service and then 45 min waiting for food a the meet in the cheese steak was raw. We have to ask twice for silverware. Very slow service
