We ordered our food online, ended up waiting over an hour and still did not get our food. I was told I would receive a refund, but still have not as this was two weeks ago now. I've eaten at Keke's before in different locations, but this one definitely lacked leadership and management oversight.

Was pretty hungry and looking for a nice sit down. Passed Keke's yesterday and decided to give it a try with my wife and daughter. Service was nice, but reeeaaaly slow. I finished my coffee and water and didn't see the server for a long time. I ordered eggs Benedict with cheese grits, my wife had scrambled eggs with grits, and my daughter ordered chicken and waffles. We waited a shorter time than expected which was nice. Our server Conner was very kind despite the restaurant being extremely busy and chaotic. The eggs Benedict came out with 2 hard boiled eggs instead of 2 poached eggs. I didn't care to send them back since the restaurant was so backed up. The southwest omelette was good. The Florida pancakes were slightly undercooked but the fruit was fresh. They forgot the powdered sugar and the side for my eggs Benedict. We visited Keke's again during FSU alumni weekend. This time the food and service was subpar. I ordered the chicken fajita omelet w the home fries.. the server asked if I wanted fruit instead of the toast but never mentioned the 5.50 up charge. The menu read cheddar cheese on the omelet, but the inside tasted like queso. If it was white cheddar it was awful. The bell pepper was extremely raw and there were no onions. Terrible service, every table they approached they were apologizing for the food taking more than 45 minutes to come out with orders being wrong. We sat for 35 minutes before someone took a drink order and then we never got our drinks before we decided to just get up and leave. Servers walked by our table no less than 25 times and no one said a word until we had to flag someone down to ask who was serving the table.

Food was mid, service was worse. Waitress was beyond slow. Got food, took 10minutes to get silverware because she would ignore your gesture to get her attention. Ambiance average.

We've been to other good locations (Gainesville, Viera & Melbourne) and this one missed a step. First, our server was great. Taylor was super friendly and attentive. The food not up to par for our party of 7. First off the breakfasts came out over a span of 10 minutes. 2 at a time. Eggs Benedict were basically hard boiled and served last and not even hot. We ordered delivery. The entire order was wrong. No sides were included (even the ones we paid extra for). One entrée was completely missing (Carolina Chicken Salad), though there was an extra wrap that was just chicken and pecans (no veg, sauce, etc). The order of grilled chicken "tenders" was a small pile of what can only be described as chicken slop (the sauce was all over every container in the bag).
