Absolutely horrible experience, took more than an hour for our food to arrive (still waiting). They discounted my food but still terrible experience. Waiter was amazing but food took way too long. 1 HOUR FOR HOME FRIES GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN! RUN RUN RUN!

We came in and it was 50f outside yet all the ceiling fans were on and spinning. When I asked no one knew why! The women restroom looked disgusting as if no one cleaned it in days! The food was average, service was slow, got half of our order wrong and the place wasn't even busy . the potato's tastes like old burned oil! Last time at this place for sure!

Me and my family waited 30 minutes for a table. When we got sat, we ordered immediately. We waited an hour and a half, everyone around us started getting their food. Our waitress assured us the food would be out soon. We continued waiting and asked her to check on the food, turns out she never put it in the system! Now we have been sitting here for 2.5 hours including wait time! How careless of her to not check on our food after such a long time, this is unacceptable. We had to reorder our food, and wait again! Service was good. Food was dog cheeks. Messed up the eggs Benedict, basically just gave me a hard boiled egg on a English muffin. Sent it back and they gave me a hard boiled egg AGAIN. Also I don't think they know what seasoning is. Also the chicken and waffles was more like nuggets and waffles. I don't think you can qualify it as tenders when they literally look like popcorn chicken and they only give you four. Overall, food was not good. We were really excited to try this place for the first time and we were more than disappointed. As we arrived and we were sat on our tables, the 1st waitress took our drink and a minute later they had us change tables. 2nd waitress came and just brought our drinks without saying hello or introducing herself, she decided to just say that she was going to give us time to look at the menu and never came back in the next 10 minutes. The most overrated breakfast place in Tallahassee. I live close so have been here multiple times. The service is so incredibly slow with or without lines. It is not worth waiting an hour just to get your first drink after you've been seated. They're busy all the time due to location - but their breakfast food is sub standard. Their eggs Benedict is watery. They don't serve hash, shredded hash browns, grits of any kind, biscuits and gravy nor is there anything unique about their menu. The coffee tastes like muddy water. I called this morning and told the person who answered I wanted to place a to go order. They said no problem and then proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes just to come back and refuse to take an order over the phone. I've had countless other bad customer service experience at this location but this was definitely the icing on the cake.

I used to love this place but the quality has gone down significantly. Coffee tastes like brown hot water.... I think they reuse the bags for multiple brews (this has been the case more than once). The food is fine but the service is mediocre at best. I gave it another shot today with some guests in town, hoping my previous poor experience was a one off, but it was not. I will not be returning.
